AMC Sizzling Palace, a Halal certified restaurant, was founded on January 5, 2018. Originally started with a Filipino menu with unlimited rice options which are served in sizzling plates, then began introducing the Middle Eastern menu a year later.

Our mission is delivering our vision to our diners. We take pride in the quality of products by using fresh produce and cooking daily. To be able to cater to both Filipino and Foreign people and offer reasonably priced quality Halal food, served quickly, in attractive, clean surroundings

Our vision is to pioneer a franchise of AMC Sizzling Palace restaurants to share the delicacy of the Authentic, Modern Inspiration and Exquisite Middle Eastern and Filipino Cuisine throughout The Philippines.
The business is owned and ran by Engr. Ghassan S. Aboukowik and his family. Currently, AMC Sizzling Palace - Fisher Mall branch stands as the lone branch but will soon be opening another branch in Isetann mall, recto ave. and will slowly build other branches across the country.
